We aim to provide high-quality digital design services that meet your expectations. However, we understand there may be situations where you are not fully satisfied with the deliverables.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon design files within the communicated timeline due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the delivered designs for genuine reasons, you may request a review. In such cases, we will first attempt revisions within the agreed scope. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial refund may be granted, taking into account the work already completed.

  • If no work has started after your payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds are not available once the agreed design deliverables have been completed, approved, and delivered.

  • Refunds are not applicable if dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective preferences after the agreed scope of work has been delivered.

  • Payments for additional revisions beyond the original scope are non-refundable.

Refund Calculation:
Refunds will be determined based on the stage of project completion, time invested, and resources used. 

Full refund
If no work has started or we cannot deliver the project at all.

Partial refund
If work has begun but not completed, calculated proportionally to the progress made.

No refund
Once final files have been delivered and the service is considered fulfilled.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery of the design files. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.
