As a provider of digital design services, we do not ship any physical products. All project deliverables, including drawings, design layouts, and consultation notes, are delivered electronically through email or cloud-based file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Upon confirmation of your order and successful receipt of any required input or property details, we will begin the design process. Most projects are delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the complexity of the property and any revisions you request. Timelines for draft submissions, revisions, and final delivery will be communicated at the start of the project. While we strive to adhere to agreed deadlines, the nature of custom design work means that delivery times may vary based on project complexity or client response time.

All design packages include one or more rounds of revisions, depending on the scope of the service you have selected. Revisions will be delivered in the same digital format as the original submission. Requests for additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may extend the delivery timeline and incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email addresses and communication details. We are not responsible for delays caused by bounced emails, spam filters, or incomplete contact information. If you do not receive your files within the stated timeline, please notify us immediately so we can assist with re-sending or troubleshooting.

No physical delivery or on-site consultation is included unless explicitly offered as an additional service. Our digital-only approach allows us to serve clients efficiently and remotely, offering professional design solutions without logistical or shipping delays.
