By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our site, your relationship with us as a client, and your use of our digital design services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our business specializes in providing design-only services for homes, extensions, interiors, and gardens. We create customized digital plans, concepts, and layouts based on client requirements. We do not offer construction, manufacturing, or physical site work. All services are design-based and delivered electronically.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete information regarding your property, preferences, and project goals. The success of your project depends on the clarity and accuracy of the input you provide. Any delay caused by incomplete or unclear client input may affect project timelines.
Designs are created uniquely for each client and are meant for planning, visualization, or conceptual purposes. Unless stated otherwise, our services do not include engineering, structural approvals, or compliance guarantees. It is the client’s responsibility to consult a certified local professional or authority for approvals and construction feasibility based on our design.
Payment terms will be outlined clearly before the project begins. Depending on the package, we may request full or partial advance payments. Design services are non-refundable once work has commenced or files have been delivered. A specific number of revisions are included in each package, and additional revisions may be charged separately at an hourly or fixed rate.
The final design files will be shared digitally in formats agreed upon in advance (e.g., PDF, JPG, DWG). We make every effort to deliver files by the agreed deadline, but unforeseen circumstances or project complexity may cause minor delays, which will be communicated in advance.
All design content, including drafts and final files, is the intellectual property of our company until the final payment is received. After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose. We retain the right to use anonymized versions of completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues that arise from the use or misuse of the designs, especially if they are used for unauthorized construction, altered after delivery, or implemented without professional consultation. Clients are responsible for ensuring that our design concepts meet local building codes or planning regulations.
Either party may terminate the agreement under reasonable circumstances, such as extended project inactivity, breach of terms, or failure to provide required input. In such cases, partial work may be delivered based on the stage of progress, and refunds (if applicable) will be calculated accordingly.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
